Been a long time since I heard this song. I bought the album At Least We Got Shoes in 1986 when I had just started to be a fan of Southside Johnny. This was one of the songs on that album that really stuck to me immediately.

Been a fan of Sonny Landreth since the first time I heard him playing on a record by Cajun band Beausoleil back in the late 1980′s. Then I bought some of his solo albums and also had the good fortune to catch him live in concert in 1992 or 1993 when he opened for Southside Johnny and The Asbury Jukes at a small club venue in Stockholm.

Found this through a tweet on Twitter and had to post it on my blog because it’s a great performance, I’ve always liked Albert Collins and I’m a big fan of Southside Johnny.
